The power and flexibility of the M22™ is down to three different technologies offered within the one machine:
- Universal IPL – Intense Pulsed Light technology involves short pulses of intense light being beamed into your skin from a handpiece controlled by a fully-trained technician. It can be used to treat thread veins; rosacea, or persistent redness; birthmarks including port wine stains; pigmentation issues on light skin tones; broken or damaged facial capillaries and cherry angiomas.
- ResurFX™ – This laser technology was singled out as the best treatment for skin resurfacing by Tatler magazine. It can be used to treat scarring and stretch marks and fires energy deep into the dermis to stimulate collagen and bring fresh new cells up to the skin’s surface. It can be used in combination with IPL technology at the same session.
- Q-Switched – Ultrashort laser pulses from the Q-Switched handpiece can be used to remove black ink tattoos by targeting the dark pigment and converting it into tiny particles that your body can eliminate. It is also delivers the impressive results of the Carbon Peel Facial. This treatment, loved by Hollywood A listers, dramatically clears and tightens open pores; removes blackheads, whiteheads and blemishes; reduces wrinkles and improves elasticity by stimulating collagen production.

Carly is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have had 6 sessions of laser hair removal for my underarms and the difference is insane. I used to have to shave everyday because my hair grew so quickly and now I hardly ever need to. There are no more dark patches either which I love and the skin is so smooth. I would never go anywhere else as Carly is so friendly and gives you invaluable advice. She definitely knows what she is doing and to be able to pay as you go without a higher price tag attached is amazing. I 100% recommend Avance Clinic.

I’ve recently completed my 6th session with Carly, and I wish I did this years ago! The results from laser is amazing and has boosted my confidence with areas I’ve been self conscious about for years. Carly is also amazing during the experience, she’s very knowledgable about the whole process and makes you feel very relaxed - even whilst working on intimate areas. I have had sun damage/pigmentation on my face for years and I was starting to feel like it was really aging me, a friend had mentioned Avance Clinic so I looked it up and made an appointment on line for a consultation. Before starting this journey I have done a lot of research and I am so happy I found this clinic in Derby. I started my laser hair removal treatments 6 months ago and the results I have so far are unbelievable. Lana is very knowledgeable and professional, she explains everything (knows everything about laser hair removal) and is very patient with me during the treatment. Also, as a bonus, every time I go to my appointments with Lana it feels like going to visit a long time friend for nice chat. 🤗
The clinic has a great modern and up to date look. All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and the prices very competitive, as a guy I was a bit in doubt about going, but I'm so glad i went to Avance clinic.I was fully made aware of the procedure, and treatment course length, and was quite amazed at what they offer. Finding avance clinic has been one of the best things that happened to me this year. I am an frican lady with very stubborn dark marks on my face and have been looking for clinics that performs laser skin treatment on african skin, I have gone to many clinics in the uk but I get rejected because they do not have experience with my skin type. luckily for me that was not the case with avance clinic, they welcomed me with open arms and took the challenge, I have been undergoing q switched laser treatment and I must say they are the best. The care and attention I received is unbeatable, clean enviroment and very attentive staff. I have started seeing results after 4 treatmenst and can not wait to finish the whole treatment and get the final results, thank you so much Avance clinic for waking up my self confidence and making me a new woman.

Booked to have a few thread veins zapped on face and from the very first phone call with Deborah then Sarah on Reception, the experience has been really positive.Carly explained everything and is very knowledgeable, really knows her stuff. Carly is professional, caring, honest, knowledgeable and a really lovely lady. From the moment you have contact with her or meet her, youre put totally at ease and know youre in safe hands.i felt extremely vulnerable coming in to show somebody something about me i wanted changing, but Carly subtly coached me through the experience and supported me the whole way. Im rubbish with pain and Carly was incredibly. I barely felt a thing and she had all the best tips for a painless but super result.After leaving my first session i felt disheartened that my hair looked the same, however 2 weeks later over half of the hair has fallen out!!! If I could give 6 stars I would! Carly does the most thorough job that I have ever experienced. I FLY FROM THE NETHERLANDS EVERY 6 WEEKS JUST SO I CAN HAVE CARLY I AM NOT JOKING! Carly is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable that it feels like you have known her for years. I cannot recommend her and her services highly enough. The results after only 4 sessions of laser hair removal have been unbelievable and I am barely seeing any regrowth. I have had laser hair removal before but never had these results. After having a failed course of treatment elsewhere using a different machine I thought that was it and I was going to be left worse off than before. The discomfort of waxing and electrolysis trarments on unwanted hair prompted me to try laser hair removal. Carly welcomed me at Avance clinic answering all my questions which reassured me prior to the treatment. I have had a trial and 2 sessions so far. The treatment has not been painful and is such a relief compared to previous methods l have had. I am amazed with the results so far. Payment is per session or as a block which is really flexible. The clinic itself is convenient, with parking and really comfortable and welcoming.

After having my consultation with Carly where she answered all my questions and made me feel at ease whilst I had a patch test, I had my first treatment yesterday.Carly was professional, welcoming, friendly and made me feel at ease again whilst she completed the treatment.
